I just recently built a new computer. The specs are:
• Intel core i5 4670k
• Noctua NH-U12s (cooler0
• Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP (motherboard)
• Kingston Hyper X Blue 2x4 gigabytes (RAM)
• Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X (Video Card)

I’ve taken it apart and rebuilt it a couple times to make sure everything is plugged in correctly. After trying multiple times and trying different trouble shooting methods, it still says no signal. When I turn the computer on all the fans power up and the on switch lights up. If you think you have a solution please try to post a comment. Thank you!

Have you tried to connect the monitor to the motherboard video out put? Basically try using the Intel graphics to enter the Bios. Once in the bios you may need to change the setting form onboard GPU to PCI-e GPU.

also have you tried to boot with only one stick of ram in? then the other?

EDIT: also what PSU are you using?

T. I took out one of the RAM and the graphics card. I clicked the on button and it says please select propor boot device or something along those lines
