This has been happened at least 7 times within that last few days and its starting to get annoying when i play games. I know for sure it isnt the cpu overheating and changing so if something overheats the computer wont auto shut down, which didnt help either because it kept doing it.
I have also recently went and took off the thermal paste on my CPU because it was solidified.

CPU: AMD FX 6300 3.5GHz
GPU AMD HD Radeon 7850 Sapphire OC Edition
PSU: Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-650 650W Continuous @40°C, 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified, Modular Design
HDD: WD Green
MB: GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
