I just recently built a new computer. The specs are:
• Intel core i5 4670k
• Noctua NH-U12s (cooler0
• Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP (motherboard)
• Kingston Hyper X Blue 2x4 gigabytes (RAM)
• Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X (Video Card)

I’ve taken it apart and rebuilt it a couple times to make sure everything is plugged in correctly. I took out one of my RAM sticks and my video card. before i took them out it kept saying no signal. If any one has a way to make it stop saying please reboot and select proper boot device please leave an answer. Also the first time i removed the video card and one of the RAM i got into the BIOS but when i restarted it gave me please reboot and select proper boot device. Thank you.

Storage? Do you have a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or SSD? You will need to plug them into the motherboard via SATA and into the Power suppy. Once complete, take a bootable USB with Windows on it or CD, insert into the computer. If CD the computer will automatically detect and boot into windows Installation. If USB use Bios to to change boot order for the USB.

Firstly, please stick to one thread and do not duplicate. A bootable USB stick is a newer version of a Windows Disk. Please go back to the other thread and close this one.
