Just wanted to know when aPower supply or another component is DOA

The seller say is working and it isnt??

im afraid to buy a DOA Component

When you buy quality components from reputable sellers - you are protected. If something does come DOA - contact the seller and or the manufacturer. Good companies want their good reputation - they will help you.

Even the Best components can be DOA , but if you purchase quality components from a reputable online retailer , things will go much smoother.
