A build centered around an FX6300 and a GTX760/R9270x But i would suggest you make the effort and get a r9 290 as there aren't any "new" cards at your price point.

First of all sincere thanks for spending your time. What can I expect from this build?

In my honest opinion, if what Seeking Solace proposed you enters your 700$ budget, then I would have to highly agree with him. Nice CPU, that can be good for overclocking, 8GB of ram and 1TB of storage are plenty. As for the power supply, I don't know if 550W would be enough, but just make sure you can power up all the components with it. The GPU, for me, is always the hardest part to choose because they are constently upgrading and selling better ones every few months. An R9 280x would be a great card that could play almost anything (I have an R9 270, which is less powerful and I can run almost anything at High with a good framerate), but if you can go for a R9 290, like he proposed, go for it. As it's always an investment for years to come.

It's based on finds through part picker, if this build can't be achieved for the price, then my sincerest apologies.

Hahaha you are right. I shouldve thought twice, but I meant it in a way that I'm surprised at how great the build seems at such a price, which is good.
