Hey, I'm not sure if I'll be able to connect all the fans from my case to my motherboard and also will the fan control feature connect too? How do all the connections work?
My case: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-case-z11plus
My motherboard: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a99...
Thanks!

Fan controllers in the case or as an add-on don't use motherboard fan headers. Instead these controllers are powered from a molex power connector and the controller powers the fans.
If using a PWM fan on the CPU cooler, this should be connected to the CPU fan header on the motherboard to allow the motherboard to control this fan based on CPU temperature.
If you have case fans not connected to a fan controller and you don't have enough fan headers on the motherboard, it is best to use molex to 3-pin fan connectors. Bitfenix make some nice cables for this to power three fans from a molex connector.
