CPU & GPU Problems, help.

Whenever I play a game which puts stress on my CPU & GPU my temperatures grow to 77-79, after that my computer restarts without warning and brings me back to desktop. I am not sure what is causing this problem and I am not sure why this is happening but I do know this is extremely frustrating and annoying.

Thanks alot!

My computer is an All in One PC, so I believe it doesn't have very good ventilation.
  5. Oh wow, that explains a lot.

I do not have a thermometer over here so I'd say a 18-20c room temperature.
  7. well you can try and downclock your cpu and gpu a bit, so that the temps dont reach that high.

To downclock, would I need to download MSI Afterburner and downclock using that? And if so, what numbers should I go for preferably?
  9. send me a screenshot of msi afterburner after you download it,

and also a screenshot of cpu-z

ok try and downlock in the bios by lowering the multiplier,

but im probably gonna bet that you arent going to be able to because OEM bios are restricted like hell.

umm, on msi afterburner, try reducing the core clock by a little bit. and then try gaming.

you will suffer a little performance hit but you should run a little cooler.

Alright, how much do you recommend downclocking? -100?
  15. sure try that, and if it works, go up a bit,

    this will take patience.

Yeah... I downclocked by -40 and I got restarted after 10 minutes of gameplay, this is annoying! Haha.
