What is the best video card for my computer? please help!

so i have a desktop Gateway GT5637(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883113070)
and i was wondering what video card i need that can handle dual screen and play games such as league of legends at 50 fps.

Can't vouch for the 50fps, but the GTX 750/750 Ti is the fastest card you can get that doesn't require a 6 pin aux power cable*. If that PC has a half-way decent 300W PSU, it should be fine. Besides, the fram rate will depend on the resolution of your monitor. And the old Athlon 64 dual core processor is the weak link anyway.

*Be careful, some DO require a 6 pin cable, but most don't.
