You might consider investing in a 128GB SSD for your O/S and Games with your 1TB left for data. Once you have experienced an SSD you will never want to go back without one.

There is no need for the "fast" memory modules, but they would be fine. The build below uses low latency memory (DDR3-1600 CL7), adds an SSD, and used an MSI GPU (quieter and clocked higher). Enjoy that build!
