I have $1700 in the bank, which mean I could buy a $1600 PC now and save for PS4. Or should I buy a PS4+games then save for PC later. I do have a laptop at home but not good PC (Acer 5470g with i3!!). I will be getting both Buy the end of the year but Which should I get First? Please No BIAS!!

I recommend buying a pc first (tough about buying a pc or ps4).Because first of all you can do way more things secound more games and current console games are on it

If you really plan on getting both, you can reasonably spend it on both. You can get a pretty decent system for about $1000 and it's upgradeable with more memory, more hard drive space and so on later. The remaining 700 will cover a PS4 and about half a dozen games (maybe more depending on the specific title) and you can expand your library in the meantime.

If you buy a PC, there is really no point in getting a PS4 (I am not being biased). You should save up till you get $2500, then buy a beast PC. After you experience PC gaming, you will start wondering why you ever thought of buying a PS4 in the first place (I was in the same situation as you before I bought my pc)

I could not have said it any better myself. What type of games do you want to play. First, look for the games that you think you will enjoy playing more, it's not about putting a price tag on things. Let's say you buy a $1,700 PC, what now? Well, are you going to enjoy the games you will play on it? What do you have in mind. Compare games that will being coming out or games you want to play that both can play. If it is an exclusive for either one, then look at what is going to give you the most fun. Are there games that you are looking forward to on the PS4 that will be worth it? or games on the PC?

PC:
- can be upgraded
- graphics much better than PS4 (at that price range)
- Games are a lot cheaper and go on sale often
- wider range of games
- Get a reliable and ultra fast computer

If there's a game on console that's not on pc there is usually an equivalent. GTA V for example. You can mod gta iv to make it just as good as GTA V, if not better. Actually a lot better ( ice enhancer along with other mods).

But if you really don't want to spend the $1700 a PS4 is a good option for gaming on a budget. It also depends if you would like to play with friends that have the same system as you do.

Honestly I feel it would be kind of pointless to have both a PC and a PS4, but that's your call.

Most of my friends have PS4/PS3 and Xbox 360/One, I'm the only one in the group that serious about PC. And yes I do want to play with my friends but I also Love gaming on PC. This is why i'm getting both.

I dont really need a PC that can play every games, but I just need a PC that will be able to play games on descent graphics for a long time. And another thing, If there are games that look really good that is out on one but not another I wouldnt have to worry about that.

Ah well that makes sense. Well you could get both at the same time and still have a great gaming pc.
