i was given this pc build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3DeFe) awhile ago and i changed a few things and i was wondering if it was all okay and would work well? if you plan on changing any items, please keep it under 800$
the PSU is not highly recommended, in part of it's apparent high failure rate within the year. consider a tier 2 as your minimum; http://eggxpert.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx you can save some cash for the PSU by cutting off $30-40 off the case and get something like Corsair's 300R/400R/500R. quality of the PSU is going to matter more than the case.
check daily on deals on RAM. what's cheap today isn't going to be cheap tomorrow. there's usually a 2x4GB DDR3-1600 CL9 kit on sale for $65 or less.
otherwise, everything's solid unless you wanna save up more and sacrifice a bit of performance off it by getting an AMD CPU+motherboard.
