Hi guys, i have a HP Envy dv6-7245us laptop with AMD A10-4600m apu with a radeon hd 7660G. My motherboard is HP 182D, and for the life of me, i cannot find a single page of information regarding the specs of the motherboard. Multible sources claim the apu is compatible with ddr3-1800 memory. My reason why i want to find this out is because i read a few threads on this site that claim the apu and graphics card benefit really well from higher memory speeds, but im afraid if i put 1800mhz ram in, it'll downclock it to 1600mhz. Could anybody confirm this? Thank you in advance for your help.
