I just bought a i7 4770k 2 days ago and my temperatures are really high when I run prime95. I am still within the 30 day return policy. if I exchange my i7 4770k for another one at the same store will my overclocking results be the same because both processors will be from the same batch ?

It depends on each individual processor. When they make the chips there is a circle wafer thing and those closer to the center are better overclockers than the ones near the ends so even if it's the same batch it can vary.

dose the processors that are made closer to the center of the wafer have better temperatures ? because the voltage needed is not the problem with this i7 4770k it is the temperature.
