I went to this forum and changed my sign out screen while windows 8.1 was on my pc and it changed successfully ..

Now , after I upgraded to windows 8.1 upgrade 1 , I couldn't find the folder there ( i mean the S-1-5-18 ... As a result when I log out , the sign out screen remains light blue , but the time and other icons appear just fine .. Anyone has a solution to bring it back or fix this via registry mod or anything ???
