Intel core i5 quad core 4670 3.5 GHz with hyper 212 evo cooler.
Asus b85m g
750 watt psu corsair
Corsair sniper 8gb ram
1 tb sv seagate.
Q.1 what is the best settings for playing games like bf4,crisis 3,gta 4
Etc.
Q.2 is my CPU is bottlenecking as I
Get shuttering in games like gta 4.
Q.3 is I need to oc my CPU to 4.5 GHz and how.
Q.4 what are the best bios settings for CPU and GPU like ratio and fan speeds.
Q.5 what are advantage of having 750 watt psu.
Q.6 how to optimize pc for only gaming like xbox gives all its hardware to games.
Q.7 gta 4 has extreme shuttering on max settings but I know that I have that much hardware which can fuck this bullshit game.
Please reply soon.
Thankzzzz in advance

Solution
1. Best settings - no overclocks = no problems
2. Your cpu won't bottleneck your gpu
3. You don't need to overclock your cpu. You can't over clock an i5 4670; only the k version
4. leave the settings at default
5. none really - you only need 650W for the 290
6. xbox has low resolution output
7. Look on gta forums for problems/solutions
