The both CPU are at same price in India.And i am going to pair with gtx 770.
which would be better for me.

I cannot go for any higher CPU because i have very tight budget.

The FX 8350 is a more powerful processor over all

The intel can run some tasks faster because the software only uses one core

The AMD will use a little more power . Maybe $10 per year , depending on usage .

If you use an FX processor use a motherboard with a 970 or 990 chipset
