P.S the computer has power save disabled on control panel. I do not know what to do please help me i feel like i have wasted my money on these games.

This also runs imo at a weird speed and i know that it has to be x 2,but even then.Look in the bios to see if you can get it to work at 800mhz (x2).Maybe look with cpu-z what the speeds and latency's of the set are or should be.

Probably not the cause of your problem, but nevertheless something you could look at.

The motherboard only supports 4 x 240-pin DDR3 DIMM slots Supports Dual Channel DDR3 1600/1333 MHz non-ECC, un-buffered memory. So something is wrong about the RAM speed.

Check the BIOS for the RAM speed / timings, and manually set them to the installed RAM.

you can just try update your graphics card driver, you can get the latest at Dell's website.

second, the ram frequency is pretty normal, its because the mobo is undervolting the stick on idle. it's a Dell thing. unless your getting BSOD's. or blue screens randomly or when idle.

Looking at the tdp's from the different components i doubt that this system will use more than 200watts in "normal" usage.
Only combining prime95 and furmark would get this to it's limits which is something you shouldn't do anyway unless a hardcore overclocker maybe testing for the ultimate satbility.

Just trying to get some more info, but if the ts wants to swap his current psu for another is that fine with me too.
And it doesn't shut down, the ts does that manually to get it working again,it goes into "power save mode".a different thing.

Trying a different gpu first is an option too if the ts can get his hands on one, maybe from a friend or ...

Looked a little and could even be a motherboard battery that's emty, placing a new one could help too. With a new system like that not very probable, but worth a shot.

Then uninstall all GPU drivers (using a driver utility like driver sweeper). Disable the power saving features in windows. Then reinstall the latest GPU drivers.

I would then start playing games and determine if the above problem is still present.

If it is still present, switch out the PSU with a 500+ watt power supply. And then check the system again.

I got the R9 270X with 600 watts power and the same thing that he explained happens to me! 30 seconds into a 3D intensive application and my monitor goes out and I have to manually shutdown the PC
