Trying to build my first (budget gaming) computer by hand and I'm not quite sure which one would be most optimal:
AMD FX-4300 (3.8 ghz, 4.0 ghz Turbo)
AMD FX-6350 (3.9 ghz)
AMD FX-6300 (3.5 ghz, 4.1 ghz Turbo)

In short, I'm not quite sure what it means by "Turbo", and if the flat speed matters more or the "Turbo" speed.

Solution
The FX-6350 has a Turbo of 4.2GHz.

Anyway, that is mostly irrelevant since the difference between the 6300 and 6350 is small and can be closed easily with an overclock.

If the 6350 is not much more than the 6300 then get it, if not stick to 6300.

Turbo is when your CPU automatically bumps up the clock speed of itself so it can run faster (Like putting a car into sports mode).
Out of those few there I would deffinately go for the AMD 6350
Because if you look at these bench marks it tells us which CPU is the best overall: AMD 6350, it has a way higher base clock speed (Which is the slowest it will ever run)

So overall the 6350 is the better option, and I hope I explained "Turbo" to you.
