Recently I've decided to put together a new pc for under $1400 (before tax) that I will be able to use for gaming and video editing over the next couple years. However I'm having a hard time finding really good deals so I thought I would turn to more experienced builders for help. I've searched a couple posts similar to this but I haven't seen a build that has really said "buy me" yet. Any suggestions would be great. I figure the main things it will need is an i7, 16 GB RAM, and a SSD big enough for the OS and then some. As a side note, if you know of a good laptop for these purposes as well let me know. Thanks!
