I've got some doubts about the keyboard and I don't know if I should get 16GB RAM or not

QUESTION 1:
So I'm going to buy a Mechanical Keyboard (with LEDs, I guess green LEDs). I thought about the RAZER Blackwidow Ultimate. It's great. The lights are so awesome... But there's a problem: I'm Spanish and the keyboard is English so it hasn't keys like 'Ñ', or the accents... However, on the Internet I speak in English mainly, though I also speak Spanish with some Spanish friends... And I'd like to have a Spanish keyboard, it's just like the English one but with 'Ñ' and accents... But I haven't found any good Spanish keyboard with LEDs and mechanical.

What should I do? Should I go for a Spanish one, and keep searching? Should I go for the English one?

Thanks!

QUESTION 2:
I'm not sure but I might do some video editing or use Photoshop, so I don't know if I should go for 8GB RAM or 16GB RAM... What should I do?

The RAM memory will be from G.SKILL... Should I go for ARES Series, Ripjaws Series, Sniper Series or Trident Series?

Could you also tell me how is 16GB RAM better than 8GB RAM for video editing? Time? Speed? Or what then?

Q1: They make a spanish version, its just not listed on the US website. If you change regions to Spain, you can choose spanish. I'm not sure about buying from there and shipping it here, but they do make one. I'd call and inquire.

Thanks for the answer.

I searched on Amazon ES (Spain) the Razer BlackWidow Keyboard and there is one saying 'Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 - Teclado QWERTY Español mecánico para juegos' (this means QWERTY Keyboard, Spanish and Mechanical for gaming). In the picture of the keyboard there isn' 'Ñ' nor accents, though. It's the English version's picture.

Is the picture wrong and they send the keyboard in Spanish or is it the English version?

Amazon uses stock product photos even if there are variants.
You could always complain lately if the product does not match the specs.

More RAM means more data at the same time.

Other thing I'd want to know, is it possible to control the lights? I mean, is there any key (maybe Alt or Alt Gr + Something?) to put more lights or less lights (less lights in the day, more in the night)?
