Since my old PC with Pentium D and 6800GS is way out of date,i am building myself a new one.I was going to wait until end of the year but scrap that i am making one now so here is my build
CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1Ghz
Mobo: Gigabyte H87M-D3H Micro-ATX
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) 1600Mhz 9-9-9 CAS Latency
GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
PSU: This is where i am confused whether to go for Seasonic ECO 500 or Corsair CX500
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB SATA 6.0 Gbps Interface 64 MB Cache Memory 7200 RPM
SSD: Kingston 60 GB (SUV100S37A/60G) for OS
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95/GH24NSB0 DVD Burner
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 32/64 bit
Monitor: BenQ GL2450HM 24 inch LED Backlit LCD
Case: Again this is where i am confused whether to go for Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus ATX with Side Panel Window or Corsair Carbide 200R Compact ATX
Other: Cooler Master Devastator USB Mouse and USB Keyboard
I don't have a specific budget but i want the best build for the money that can easily play new games at High settings(not Ultra/Max) at 1080p.
Except the case,i will get everything from http://www.flipkart.com/computers/components

Hmm... Then let him choose what fits for his idea or somethin else. I told that because my friend runs an i5 2500k and R9 270x with CX600 without a problem. I thought that the seasonic might be a slight overkill.

Hey dude! CX500 or ECO 500 wont be enough. Buy atleast a CX600 or ECO 600 and ur good to go. For case, it is ur personal preference. Both the cases have almost same airflow and same compatibility. I have the corsair 200r and i think the outer case doors heat up a little bit. But the internal temperatures are low.

I would go with an Asus or MSI R9 270X as Sapphire is that trusted of a company anymore. Also, they're cooling isn't as good as MSI's Twin Frozr Gaming cooling solution. Also, get at least a 600W PSU as that GPU will be requiring that much. I wouldn't go with that small of an SSD if I were you. They fill up very fast once you start putting your OS and games on there. Go with the corsair carbide as Corsair has very good quality and durability in their products. Also, you might want to consider a 4670K if you are gaming. Otherwise, stick with the 4440. The stock cooler won't do crap, so get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Well first off i will not be overclocking so i think i5-4440 and stock heatsink should be sufficient.I might get a few extra 120mm fans. Also i am going with Sapphire as its the cheapest one. Also that 60GB SSD is only for OS,for games i will use the 1TB HDD. And as you have suggested i will change my PSU to Seasonic S12 II 620 Watts PSU. Anything else ? Thanks for your replies.

Yeah go with extra fans. Also, cheapest doesn't mean the best. Like I said, get one by MSI or Asus, they are also pretty cheap and perform much better. If you put your games on the OS, you will be able to get much faster boot times but that's it. I can see why you are trying to keep the OS on the SSD only

Hey! A Corsair CX600 is enough. So no need for a Seasonic s12ii 620 Watt PSU. The seasonic is 80+Bronze certified and i can run my overclocked i5 4670k and overclocked r9 280x on that. The Corsair CX600 would be the perfect fit for u.

Seasonic has much higher quality so it will last longer. Also, the CX series by corsair is not high quality at all.
