A quick question. My modest system is equiped with an Asus Z87-Deluxe motherboard, and i7-4770-3,4Ghz with a Intel TS13X watercooler and 4x4 GB of Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz XMP and GTX 660 for graphics

I use my system for online gaming mostly (Battlefield 4).

I seem to have two choices..
1. Using 4-way optimization I can overclock my i7 up to 4,3Ghz, but the memory then runs at 1333mhz.
2. Selecting XMP profile trough BIOS, which makes my memory run at 1600Mhz but which also throws away the CPU overclock.

Do I benefit most from the CPU overclock or XMP profile for the memory ?
