Solution
The first one for a few reasons:
1. The GPU in the first one is regarded as the king of GPU's. It is much more energy efficient and quieter
2. 16GB ram 2133Mhz is plenty. 32GB of a slower speed is just overkill
3. The power supply in the first will give you a lot more headroom. 750 watts for the second is a bit low for the specs
4. there is an ssd in the first meaning a much snappier windows and games will take alot shorter to load.
5. There is a much better cooler in the 1st one. It's ridiculous if they used a stock cooler for the 2nd

do you mind me asking how much do both of these cost?
Hope this helps!
