is there some kinda of cloud gaming software that can save all of my save game for any game on the cloud? if there isn't can someone make this software for us please!

Well there is a platform called steam which basically downloads and installs all your games onto a cloud library. It has absolute tonnes of fantastic games like, Call of Duty, Battlefield, GTA, World of Warcraft, Team fortress 2 etc. Basically...you name it, they've got it. With steam, you can buy a game and then download it onto any computer where you are logged into your steam account. there is also steam OS which is a whole OS based off of just playing games.
