New Computer with Windows 8 - I use a Guest internet connection (wifi) from my Landlord. I cannot get the Cisco window to enter my Guest Password? Is there a connection I'm missing, is it a security issue?? The Router was reset - and still no window opens. My Landlord has a New windows computer too - he can access the internet through his main connection - but Cannot access the internet from the Guest part either!

Try manually connecting.
The Cisco has a ip address or web address to connect to it.
Try 192.168.0.1 and look in your history for something similar as this manually connects to it.
