Have shortlisted below specs, Need to add a good gaming monitor within 300USD
Intel Core i5 4570
Gigabyte GA-H87-HD3
Corsair Vengeance 4GBX2 1600Mhz
PSU Antec VP650P
Seagate 1TB 7200RPM HDD
Samsung EVO 120GB SSD
Sapphire R9 290 4GB DDR5
Corsair Carbide 300R or Cooler Master HAF 912


Please suggest multiple options for monitor within 22-24inches.Full HD with atleast 1 HDMI port. Major brands available here are BENQ, DELL, ASUS, LG.

Buying in Dubai, UAE. Thanks a lot guys

I have R9 290 TRI-X 4GB DDR5 which can give me around 90-100FPS on most of the games. If I were to buy a monitor with 60HZ wouldn't it be a bottleneck as my GPU can output higher FPS ?

It will perform at however it is supposed to perform, it will just not refresh the screen more than 60 times a second, which is where frames per second comes from, frames being recreated every second. If you get a 144Hz monitor, then the screen can support and display frames of up to 144. But it has no negative effect, you just wouldn't be viewing the card's full potential.
