Fatal1ty killer or Extreme 4

Hey I can't sleep at night I need to decide :)
So Z87 extreme4 or Fatal1ty killer z87 or what else would you recommend at the same budget?

Hi,
The Extreme 4 has 12 power phase design (meaning better and more stable overclocking), while the Fatality has 8 phase power design.
Also the Fatality has Qualcomm Atheros Killer E2200 Series Gigabit LAN, which eliminates lag, and gives priority to packets. In real life the Lan card of the Fatality hasn't proved enough to be a must feature on a motherboard.
Personally i would get the Extreme 4
