I could easily suggest an i5-4670k, 8 GB RAM, and a GTX 760, but I'm not sure what you mean by 30k currency. What country are you in?

Please let us know if you need a monitor, operating system, peripherals, etc. and where you are able to purchase these items. We also need to know what exactly you'll be using the system for. You mentioned not a hardcore gamer, so a mid-range to lower end will probably suffice, but what will the main use be?
