First off is like to say thank you if you take the time to read this, it is somewhat lengthy, but I was trying to be as specific as possible, again thanks! So I'm going to try and describe everything that has happened with my computer. First off its a computer that I built back in December, and about up until around 2 or 3 months ago it blue screened on me,
But I thought It was no big deal. Again about a month ago it blue screened again, but just like last time everything seemed to be working fine. Now last night, while I was playing a game with a friend, it blue screened again, so I start it up and everything seemed ok, until the game I was playing (wow) crashed, and it had me send in a wow specific error report to blizzard. Anyways I thought maybe it was wow, so I just decided to start it up again. When I started it up my whole computer froze on a black screen. So I tried to restart my computer, and I started it normally, and after about 5 minutes the startup screen finally loaded and I logged in, the second that I logged in the computer froze again at my desktop, so I restarted again. From this point every time I tried to start it in normal mode it wouldn't work, and safe mode worked just fine. I tried again in normal, and it said it couldn't start and have me the option to run startup repair, which I did. I restarted it, and it didn't work, I tried one more time and whala it finally worked, it worked for about 30 minutes last night before I went to bed hoping it was fixed. Well it wasn't, this morning now when I try to start it normally it says it failed and gives me the option for the startup repair again. Again I am really grateful if you took the time to read this, and I just want to know what's going on with my computer and how to fix it. Again thanks a ton.

Hi,

sounds like virus or defective hardware.

Can you boot in safe mode, if so, load up in with networking and download adwcleaner / roguekiller and malwarebytes for a cleanup. (from bleepingcopmputer.com preferably)

if the computer shuts down even in safe mode, it might be :

PSU ==> you need to test out with a know working psu
GPU ==> test with a known working GPU.

You could also run chkdsk on your hard drive to see if their are error.

Ok, I will give that a go when I get home, I've already
Run a quick scan through MSE, but I'll check with the ones you posted as well, also how would I check my PSU and GPU if it ends up not being a virus?

Ok new devolpment, I can no longer boot into safe mode, or safe mode with networking, it is now only letting me boot into safe mode with command promt, also regular start and safe modes both blue screen while trying to start, at the top of the blue screen when it ties to run the system start up repair and crashes says the problem is a "BAD_POOL_HEADER". That's all I have for now, any more advice would be awesome, thanks.
