Will 450 watt psu handle R7 265?

Will a antec vp450p psu be able to handle a fx 6300 cpu with a sapphire R7 265 2gb gpu?
Officially,amd recommends a 500 watt psu so i dnt know what to do,, m a bight tight on the budget.

So i dont need to get the cx 500? Sry ,, m a bit over cautious when it comes to my rig.
And is there any nvidia card in the same price range that u wud prefer over the r7 265, even a amd gpu?
