i can not find graphic card software for hp dc700 for windows 7

i am going to format my computer (windows xp) and install windows 7. i had tried to install win 7 for this computer 2 yerar ago. but graphic card did not work on this comp. i and looking for graphic card software which is compatible with win 7.

I will need the exact model number of your computer. You can find it on a sticker on the computer case, or in the BIOS.

it is written on my comp : hp compaq dc7800 convertible mini tower
hp compaq dc7800 cmt pc all
hp s/n : czc7425tsh
p/n: gc758av

I need to know the windows 7 version you have, if it's Home Premium 64 bits or Home basic 32bits, etc.

I also need the graphics card name, you can find it by going to device manager and going to graphic card section.
