New GFX Card or CPU? Editing/Recording/ETC

hey guys. Sorry to bother yous but iv just started doing youtube , so im rendering videos alot and recording while playing games. I'm hoping to record at constant 30 fps on max settings and to be able to render fast and support all the latest games etc but im stuck between upgrading my GTX 670 or my AMD FX 8350 cpu. What would you upgrade? my budget is around 400 GBP. i listed some of my computer specs incase one of them changes your decision etc.please help guys!

Windows 7 64 bit
AMD FX 8350 4 GHZ
EVGA GTX 670 FTW Edition 2GB
2 X 8GB 1600 mhz corsair vengence
120 GB SSD for OS
500 GB SATA for games
External hardrive that i record to 3 TB usb 3.0
MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard
2 monitors
Corsair CX 600 PSU

well, frankly - if you really need to upgrade you'd need to aim for i7(which will need a new mobo) or a GTX780ti and above - each of which is currently above your budget.
or, you could invest in some good cooling (NH-D14 for air, Corsair H100i for water, or any equivalent + some paste like Arctic Silver 5) and overclock like crazy :D

hmm well i have that paste allready,i have the corsair h60 cpu cooling on my cpu but the cooling doesnt seem that great. iv been running prime95 for 10 mins and amd overdrive is saying my thermal margine if 10 c :( current temp accorading to speedfan is 61 c :( dont think i can overclock
