Well there are a few things that I would change/consider:

* RAM - You don't need 2400 mHz RAM for an Intel system. 1600 mHz will do just fine, IMHO. Save your $ and use it elsewhere or save the $.
* The Novatech 2 Port USB 3.0 adapter isn't really needed, unless you need more than the supplied 4 x USB 3.0 ports on the back of the Mobo (plus you could have 2 x USB 3.0 front case ports, if you have a case that supports it).
* The PSU is a bit much for this build. A 600w quality PSU will do just fine and still leave you room for upgrades in the future. The Fractal PSU you selected is good, so if you decide to keep it will be just fine.

Haha I can't argue with that processor, when I compare it to the 4670k it's clearly better, I was wondering though when I do compare the GTX 780 to the R9 290x you suggested, it seems pretty even on the comparison website I look at which is this link http://versus.com/en/xfx-r9-290x-vs-zotac-geforce-gtx-780, pardon me, I didn't read properly seems like both cards have their own uses, where the r9 provides better FPS in crysis, the 780 provides better FPS in battlefield. What my question is then, does having better clock speed and more transistors more important or more shaders and memory bandwith etc..

The 780 and the 290x do trade blows, depending on overclocked conditions. I feel the 290x is better due to mantle and true audio support. As more games take advantage of it, the 290x will be better. BF4 will have or does have mantle support. Also 4gb ram vs 3gb ram. Some games are starting to get vram hungry. A heavily modded Skyrim, for example, can easily eat up 3gb worth.
