Can I get a QBasic that has been updated to work with Windows 7 but is otherwise the same as before?

Requires a bit of work to get it to run on a Windows 7 PC since there is no true DOS running underneath Windows anymore.

DOS programs can run in their own little Window in Windows 7. The problem with Windows 7 is that if you have 64 bit Windows 7 you'll need XP mode to run 16 bit application no matter if they are DOS or Windows. QBasic should run on 32 bit Windows 7.
