Upgrade my GPU, is my Power Supply okay?

I have a Cyberpower 1337 pre-built desktop PC. It's a couple years old, and I want to upgrade the radeon 7770. I want to spend $100-$200. Any suggestions for a good, compatible card?

And I have a "600w Power Supply", with no info on the manufacturer. Do you think I'd need a new one with my new GPU?
I am here to answer any more questions about my PC, but hopefully that's enough.

Sorry for lack of knowledge, I suppose I have to start somewhere, and reading up on this just confuses me more.

Solution
If it's this one: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229331 it's not too shabby for a store bought item.
Check the power supply, it'll need al least dual 6 pin PCI-E leads (one's in use by the HD7770) and ideally dual 8 pin although it's most likely they'll be 6+2 like this, on the right http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=pci-e+power+connector&qpvt=pci-e+power+connector&FORM=IGRE#view=detail&id=092967B4CB46332297A8F1C5FA05AE7A683EAF59&selectedIndex=125
If it doesn't have those leads you'll need a replacement PSU which is obviously going to destroy you GPU upgrade budget.
As for card aim at the HD7850/GTX650Ti Boost as minimum, anything lower will not give enough of a performance increase to make the job worthwhile.

since we have no info about you psu and you plan on keeping it, a safe upgrade would be a 270 not 270x cause it requires only one 6pin pcie power cable as your current hd7770. from nvidia you can get a gtx660. safest of all upgrade would be gtx750ti which doesnt require additional power but isnt as good as 270 or 660

That pic you posted clears a LOT up, thank you so much. I think the 270 sounds good, but is the 270x a different plug? This 8 one, not a 6?

270x requires 2x6pin power cables thus more task for your psu.! pre- built pc comes with low quality psu so, if you are keeping your psu i suggest you go with gpu equivalent in power needs as your current one and not more(since we dont have a clue about its 12v rail ability)
