Will this fan system work with this case?

yes, absolutely. I have that case and it's awesome..
You'd want to top mount the rad as exhaust, and flip the rear exhaust to an intake, so it blows fresh air in under the rad.
I'd also put on a magnetic dust filter over the rear intake , for $10 they work really well.

best part of the case is particularly the extras to help support SLI/Crossfire. the 200mm side fan right on them, the adjustable GPU support brackets so your PCI-E socket doesnt have to support all the weight, and the 120mm fan mount/shroud that hooks onto the hard drive cage and blows air right between the cards.

It is very large case though. If you want to neatly run your wiring up the back, you will need extensions for the 24pin mobo connector, and the 8pin CPU power
