Is dual displays possible on a celeron 1037u?

Solution
according to intel website your cpu supports up to 3 monitors. http://ark.intel.com/products/71995/Intel-Celeron-Processor-1037U-2M-Cache-1_80-GHz if you take a look at the notes at the bottom of the page, you'll see that the number of simultaneous displays supported depends on several factors, one of which is the chipset. i couldn't find much on the nm70 express chipset, but this motherboard http://www.zotacusa.com/specsheet/NM70ITX-C-E.pdf supports up to 2 displays at a time... I don't know for sure, but that's a start.
CPU is irrelevant to your particular question -- it's what the GPU is capable of that matters.
The GPU is an Intel one, and if it has 1 x VGA plus 1 x DVI they can't both be used at the same time.
Two types of connection are provided simply to give you a choice in case your existing monitor has no DVI port.

For dual monitors you'll need to fit a graphics card that supports two monitors.
