windows cant be found after instaling linux

hey evryone '
ihave window 7 ( or used to have ) i wanted to instal linux i followed there instruction and instaled it without deliting windows so i instaled descktop version ' i restarted my comp but windows was gone and my system cant fint it anymore
what can i do ?

Yes. You can only switch between the OS's when you reboot.

I've done that exact procedure more than once. When you boot, what does it say or do?

it should have given me the option to select
which ope sis to up load
it didnt and icould not find windows
i tryed repair and the sys could nit do it

During the install of Ubuntu, you should have been given the option to resize the Windows partition, and then install Ubuntu in what was left.
Did that happen and did you do that?

If not, then it probably used the 'whole disk'. In which case your Windows install is gone.

i started all over again
went to boot and found windows
so thats right !! shuuuu'''

btw i still have to go to boot in order to choose
