I am trying to build the best gaming computer I can in Canada for around $1000 CAD. I am new to custom building a PC so I am not very confident but I think this build looks pretty good. I just want to confirm that all of these parts are compatible. I would also appreciate any other advice or changes. I only need a tower as I already have the rest.

Free Motherboard Upgrade ... you paying $485. You get faster RAM and significant MoBo Upgrade for $6 less

The Zotaqc's core is 1059 MHz, MSI and Gigabyte are 1137 MHz ....78 Mhz for $30 more

I'd suggest the 500R for $10 more but that's stateside, they rob ya for cases up over the border..... must be import duty on large box.

I'd balk on the Neo .... I have 3 dead ones in closet I save for fans and spare parts.

I normally don't recommend EVGA PSUs but up north everything I would recommend is $90. This is $55 after $10 MIR and $5 off w/ promo code 502CADLS06, ends 5/8

If I replace my MoBo and RAM with these, can I guarantee everything will still be compatible? I am really close to placing my orders and am just having last minute worries that I am overlooking something and may have issues with compatibility.

They come as a "combo" .... Newegg would have customer service issue ith they sold combo deals that didn't work together. :)

The MSI is a Z87 Mobo, just a little bit better than the one ya picked ....any Z87 MoBo will work with the same CPUs and all 1600 / 1866 RAM. The RAM is same mack, just higher speed.
