Does this build work. Am I missing anything or do I need to change something. Any how here is the build.

You don't need 2 280x for a single 1080p 60hz screen. Get a 290(only get one with a non reference cooler like the tri-x) or 780. Use the money you saved on the video cards to get a SSD. If you really want 16Gb of ram get 2x8Gb sticks instead of 4x4Gb. Although 8gb is enough for gaming. The D-14 will come with really good thermal compound so you can drop the as5 from the list. I would also drop the thermaltake PSU in favor of a better unit from Seasonic, XFX, Antec, or Corsair(except the CX, RM, and CS units).
