I have a problem that accours in several games, where I start up the game completely properly with the usual FPS where there is no problems, then after 30 seconds - 2 minutes stuttering and FPS drops accours and it is impossible to play the game. What's weird is, when I alt+tab the game and wait for a couple of minutes then goes back into the game, its completely fine again for 20-30 seconds, then the stuttering and FPS drops comes back. I really need help, it was not like this before. This problem occours on Diablo 3, League of Legends, CS:GO any COD etc.

note: It's is not that my pc is overheating, iv'e checked it up.

specs:
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
Intel Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz, 8,0GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 545

As expected. Thermal problem....96C is a bit hot for a GPU.

Might wanna d/l Afterburner and downclock or use a more agressive fan curve....check case cooling and whether GPU cooler is firmly attached and fans working
