Right, so I recently picked up a pair of Tritton 720 Pros. They're great headphones but I can't seem to shake this weird not-so faint buzzing sound, and as I seemingly searched the entire Internet on the topic of 'White Noise' I can't seem to find a fix or anything. I tried turning down my volume and muting everything, everywhere that directly relates to sound at all and the buzzing is still there. It's not that bad alone, but when I move my mouse or mess with anything else USB, the already annoying buzzing just seems to Amplify. Here is how my setup goes: I have my Headset and Mixamp hooked into a Control Box, Out of the Control Box i have a USB wire that plugs into the front panel of the Computer. (Yes I've tried moving it to the back ports.) and an Optical cable that runs to the back of the Computer. I'm using On Board sound, Here is my specs:

i5-4570 @ 3.2 GHz.
12 GB of Ram
GTX 770
MSI H87-G43
Samsung 840 Pro 256gb
2x 2 TB Seagate 7200 Rpm

Note: I use the Optical cable for sound and the USB for a mic.

1.) please check the connection between your headset and your control box and likewise from the control box going to your cpu. Sometimes, loose connection is the culprit of hissing sound.

2.) Try to turn off your mic or place in the other direction and check the sound. Sometimes echo of Mic is the culprit of the background noise.

Thanks for the quick response! But, to no prevail did any of these solutions work, it is a lot quieter and I went by my local Tech store today and picked up a new optical cable and a USB cable. But, still no solution. I'm wondering If I could be my PSU, would that create sort of a interference with my motherboard granting the bad connection to my headset? Because technically they all sort of link up.
Thanks Again,
Cheers.
