Is crysis 3 worth it?

Crysis 3 looks like a graphically amazing and fun game. But I heard not a lot of people play multiplayer so theres not that much to do after you finish the single player. Are there still playing crysis 3 on pc and if so are there low ping US servers

Not many people play multiplayer, and those who do are fully maxed out.

Pretty much, pick it up when origin has a sale, it was 5 bucks a few weeks ago, the SP is worth that much at least.
