PC Specs :
i5 4430 @ 3.1GHz (84W TDP)
Corsair VS450
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H
Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz RAm (4x2GB) WITH HUGEASS HEAT SPREADERS
Local MicroATX case
BenQ GW2255 1080p 22" monitor
TP-LINK TL-WN781ND PCIe WiFi Card
----
On my mobo there is only one PCie 3.0 x16 slot on which big cards will block the ram slot.
Other one is also x16 but runs in x4 mode on which I have a WiFi card.
---
I am confused between these cards : (all are 2GB GDDR5)
ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 750Ti OC dual fan
ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 660 Dual Silencer
Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7790 OC
Sapphire AMD/ATI R7 265 Dual X
(will these dual fans even fit in microatx case ?
My budget is 14,000 INR (Indian Rupees)

GTX 750/Ti, most power efficient cards available thanks to the new maxwell based chip, they are small cards and draw next to nothing, offering surprising performance without breaking the bank.

GTX 760 would be the bottom, for an ok ultra experience. GTX 770/R9 280X for 60FPS ultra.
