Low memory warning with enough RAM

Im getting low memory warning while downloading a game from Origin and playing another game at the same time.
Not that Ill be doing this that often, but I want to find out why and how to fix it since I went for 16GB RAM to prevent such thing to happen.
Im guessing it has something to do with commit charge since its hitting 100% but I couldnt find a fix for it.

No. What do you expect to happen when there isn't enough RAM to satisfy a memory allocation request? That's what the paging file is for. Your out of memory errors are occurring precisely because there is not enough memory to satisfy the request. Some programs make a full 4GB allocation whether they use it or not, that memory is out of play for other programs. Windows will pre-allocate that via the paging file.
