3.3v 5v and 12v Readings

I recently built a PC for my aunt as follows:

APU: AMD A 8 5600K
MoBo: Gigabyte f2a55m-ds2
Ram: ADATA 4Gb DDR3
PS: 500w Rosewill
HDD: 1tb WD Blue

My question is pretty straight forward. In the BIOS, the 3.3, 5, and 12v all read proper, as well as in the easytune 6 software. However, when using a HWinfo or HWmonitor, i get readings that seem impossible. The 3.3 reads around 2v, the 5 reads around 3.5 and the 12v reports something around 8v. Now, it is my understanding that the system would not even function if those reading were true. Sadly, I do not have a meter to check the voltages and it is worth noting that the system seems completely stable. Please advise.

Ok, thanks for the link there. I think I am going to go with the assumption that the reading are wrong in HWmonitor and HWinfo. If the system were unstable I would be concerned, but all seems well. Just being a bit paranoid I suppose. Thanks again.

Nothing to see here, move along. Seriously, I get some crazy readings from monitoring programs. If they were actually anywhere near what it says the system would not run or levitate or implode or something.
