Solution
Well if you got the extreme 4, got cheaper ram, and dropped the SSD you could get a 280X which would greatly help with gaming. Also you could get the NZXT Source 220 for $45.

Also if you plan on overclocking get a quality PSU such as a Seasonic, XFX, Antec, or Corsair ( asides from CX, CS, RM).

Don't go with i5 4670k if you'r not overclocking but if you do go with it. second if you'r not overclocking get i5 4570 that will save you about 30$ and get 770 not 760 you can find 770 for about 290-300 now Plus 770 is really good card

i am still a bit confuse on picking a good psu in general
what wattage should my psu be for my build?
I know you listed multiple examples but can i have 1 or 2 specific psu that i consider?

Do you plan to use the 760 and later on sli with another 760?

-Drop the case fan. You can always add it in later.
-Using the money saved from the fan, grab a better case like the Corsair 300R.
-Drop the motherboard to the ASRock Z87 Extreme4. Not only is it cheaper, but it has more power phases for overclocking.
-Grab a better quality psu like the XFX 650w or Antec HCG620M.

Then you have two options:
-Upgrade the SSD to a better quality one. The Kingston V300 isn't very fast nor reliable. The PNY XLR8 Pro should only be a bit more for much better quality and faster speeds.

OR

-Drop the SSD in general and add one in the future. Then upgrade the GPU to a R9-280X or GTX 770.

In that case it would be best to modify the build to include a 280X. Can you post the pcpartpicker link?
