I have foscam and air sight/x10 ip wireless cameras set up on 3 different ip's and ports and can see them on an app on my android phone which is not on my home network. Thus I assume my port forwarding is working fine on my router. But, I can not access them from a remote computer at a different location.
I don't know what I am missing. The ports they are on are active and are visible. All can be seen within the home network. I have tried the ip and port as well as my dyn address and port.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I am connecting on my android phone with an app. IP cam viewer.
On home PC . local network with browser which asks for I'd and password. Remotely I try to connect via browser and it does not connect to ask for I'd and password. Just gives browser error.

Are you connecting to the correct IP ? Is it setup as IP Cameras or Wirecast(ed) cams, meaning are they a setup browser exclusive application. Also are you able to connect to each IP Cam individually using the app?

When within the network I can find each IP by using IP cam, which will show me a list of the camera's IP's.
I can then either type their IP and port into the address bar of Firefox or other browsers or I can type in the DYN address and the correct port and it will ask for ID and password and open up the software of the camera which allows all settings, etc.

On my phone I can use the web browser and log in to the camera/software or use the preset app. IPcam viewer by Robert Chou and after ID and password it will bring up all cameras which have been preset into the software for this app using my dyn address and ports so that it will always work if comcast changes my IP at the home router..

yes. As stated, I can connect within the home network with no problems.
I can connect via phone on cellular (not home wireless network).
I can not log in remotely.

I am trying to connect from a remote computer using my dyndns address and the correct port for one camera which works from the phone but not the computer. I can not get to the login page for id and password.

I find this strange.
Thank you.
