Hi, so I'm getting ready to order a closed loop water cooler for my i7-4770k, and I really want to get the H100i...However, I just recently have begun to get paranoid of it leaking on me and ruining all of my expensive internals.I don't want to air cool as I have already done this on my first rig, and I don't want the maintenance for a custom loop. I also don't want to buy a custom water loop system as I don't anticipate on expanding for a while and I don't want to learn how.

Questions (please try to keep answers related to the closed loop H100i):

1.) How often do these coolers leak? Are they reliable or should I stay away?

2.) If they do leak is the fluid non-conductive, and will be less likely to ruin my expensive parts? (I can't find this anywhere)

3.) How risky is it really to get a closed loop cooler? Or am I being too paranoid?

Many thanks!

Solution
I've never heard of them leaking. Or their predecessor - the H100. But, if you get such a problem, apparently you can not only rma the cooler, but also request a damage claim form too.
