That's a classic sign that the printhead is gummed up with semi-dry ink which has a paste consistency, so new ink from the carts can't get through to the paper or some colours are only partially getting through. For example, predominantly green cast is caused by a blockage of magenta which is the "opposite" of green on a colour wheel chart.
Blockages can typically occur if the printer isn't used to print all the colours at least every couple of days, using for example the "nozzle check" utility in the printer maintenance section of the driver software.
The blockage may be too severe for the printer driver's nozzle-cleaning process to shift, but try it first. It's under the "Maintenance" tab in the printer preferences software.
If that doesn't shift it you can remove all the carts, remove the printhead (that's the cart carrier which moves from one side to the other when printing) and leave it to soak overnight in warm, soapy water.
Rinse and dry it thoroughly before reassembly the next day. Put the carts back and keep using the nozzle-check utility until all the colours can be seen as solid lines on the paper.
